Meet The Founders
Experience and Compassion
We are Samuel and Jessica Suarez and we are the owners of Comfort Lyft, based in Orlando, Florida.
We started Comfort Lyft Medical Transportation out of both experience and compassion. With over 28 years in the transportation industry, we’ve seen firsthand how difficult it can be for some individuals, especially those with mobility challenges, to get to and from medical appointments safely and comfortably.
It was through faith and a strong desire to serve our community that we launched this company. We saw a real need for a service that goes beyond just getting someone from Point A to Point B. People deserve to feel safe, cared for and respected, especially during vulnerable moments.
Our mission is simple: To provide reliable wheelchair and stretcher-accessible transportation, delivered with the sort of kindness and dignity we would want for our own loved ones. Every ride we give is more than a trip, it’s an opportunity to offer peace of mind and make someone’s day a little easier.
